The indoor pool could use a little more warmth. It felt quite cold upon entering, which might not be appealing for everyone. Communication during an emergency evacuation could improve, as there was no notification about blankets or alarms when the Fire Department came to wake us up.

There was an emergency evacuation drill while I was there. It was cold outside, and the hotel staff didn’t provide any blankets or clear communication during this situation. The fire department woke us up, which was quite alarming. It left me feeling unsettled about the lack of response. A quick check-in from the staff afterward would’ve helped ease my concerns. These factors made the experience a bit less enjoyable.
